Quick 5

The holidays are upon us! Last week was a grand time with the Marsh Thanksgiving/Christmas. Our whole family was able to sleep there this year, so there was much less driving time. That made the whole few days nice and full.

1. Who doesn't like to start the Thanksgiving festivities with turkey crafts?

2. Getting a cousin picture still isn't easy. But we will always try. (Missing three Canadians, but this will have to do this year.)

3. One of the highlights of the family time was sledding. Lee, Aunt Jamie, Uncle Nick and Apple Ben took most of the kids sledding. Grammy played with Bria in the backyard. And I got to stay warm and dry in the house and make the soup for lunch. A good time was had by all.
 4. Don't worry. Bria has gotten plenty of snow time too.

5. Jingle the Elf showed up this week. He brought a wooden nativity set for the girls to play with. He's trying to be good, but he did draw faces on all our bananas. And we're having a heck of a time figuring out how he got himself into this mess:
The current theory is that his big brother or sister followed him and trapped him last night. But I'm not so sure that angel is completely innocent in the whole thing.

Happy weekend!
